Terms and Conditions – Mantra Gems Lab

By submitting gemstones or utilizing any services provided by Mantra Gems Lab, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients (retailers, wholesalers, individuals, and institutions).

1. Scope of Service

• Mantra Gems Lab offers gemstone identification, grading, certification, and testing services.

• All results are based on the gemstone(s) submitted and tested at the time using industry-standard gemological equipment.

2. Non-Guarantee Clause

• Certification does not guarantee resale value, long-term durability, or undiscovered treatments.

• All opinions are based on current technology and gemological expertise.

3. Ownership and Consent

• The client confirms they are the legal owner or authorized to submit the gemstone(s) for testing.

• By submitting items, the client grants permission to inspect, test, photograph, and issue reports on the gemstone(s).

4. Liability

• Mantra Gems Lab is not responsible for:

  • Breakage or damage during testing

  • Loss due to fire, theft, or accidents

• In any case, compensation shall not exceed the amount paid for the testing service.

5. Report Usage

• Reports are for authentication/informational purposes only.

• Unauthorized copying, tampering, or misuse of reports is illegal and subject to legal action.

6. Rechecking or Dispute

• Rechecking requests must be raised within 7 days of report issuance.

• Charges may apply unless a lab error is confirmed.

7. Turnaround Time

• Reports are generally delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

• Urgent/express services are available with additional charges.

8. Pricing and Payment

• Payment is required at the time of gemstone submission unless agreed otherwise.

• Prices may be revised without prior notice.

9. Confidentiality

• All client data, test results, and gem information are kept private and not shared without written consent.

---

10. Jurisdiction

• All legal matters and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan only.
